Additionally, there is a detailed Introduction and a chapter dedicated the Coos and Milluk Native-Americans who possessed the land before the Euro-American settlers. This text relied on several local books of local history by local authors, internet writings, newspaper articles, museum research and personal interviews. There are over 550 photographs, maps, business advertisements and other documents.
