Dawsons Landing Post Office was opened 1 November 1967, located on a float off Lot 1501.
"Dawsons Floating Store; marine and heating fuel, propane; scheduled steamer call." (February 1955 advice from Union Steam Ship Company). "A small settlement with a post office and general store; 800 feet of floats for visiting craft; has an float plane service (1987 advice from Hydrographic Service)
