Ucluelet (Post Office & Steamer Landing) adopted 5 May 1949 on C.3639, as labelled on BC map 2A, 1913 et seq. Incorporated as a Village Municipality 26 February 1952. Re-incorporated as a District Municipality per Letters Patent effective 1 May 1997, called District of Ucluelet. Ucluelet (District Municipality) confirmed 24 November 1997 on 92C/13.
